Action Plan
- an introduction
The CoGG Paths Project action plan was developed after seeking input from a variety of stakeholders and defining requirements. It aims to facilitate delivery of the project's specific objectives.
The plan has three important strengths, namely,
- its specific objectives conform to widely accepted business standards, with clearly identified responsibilities.
- it offers the opportunity for progressive stakeholder feedback and iterative modification.
- it benefits from the expertise of the project team and their consultant collaborators, a number of whom will be building on previous experience in their own field of competence.
While it is accepted that the project’s goals are ambitious and will take time to deliver, all three factors give us confidence that the project will achieve its intended goals.
The topics covered in the following sections include,
- Tasks
- Resources
- Milestones and
- Promotion
