We are pleased to be promoting another path - Glen of Rait to Dalreichmoor via Shanry.  You can get details here.   This path can be combined with a walk on quiet roads through the Sidlaw hills returning past Evelick and Kilspindie to give a route that is over 6 miles long.

Management

CoGG is managed by a small committee of local volunteers, currently chaired by Phyllis Mackay.

The Paths Project Officer is Lis Yorke. Lis is employed by the Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS) and is responsible to its Chief Executive. On a day-to-day basis the project officer has a wide range of responsibilities. She is the first point of contact for all interested parties, including access users, providers and funding partners.   She shares responsibility with the Paths Project co-ordinator for the job of preparing and submitting the various project reports.  Oh and, by the way, she also gets out and about !

Nine satellite groups have been established throughout the Carse and co-ordinators identified.  The satellite group co-ordinators plan to meet regularly and compare notes and work out joint strategies.
