Satellite Groups
There are nine satellite groups that cover the Carse from east to west. You can see the activities, planned projects and routes each individual group is developing by following the menu links. If you think the area you are interested in may fall between two or more groups, check the details for them all. The groups are acting together and part of their role is to identify routes that link the different areas of the Carse and eventually to provide networks that provide a continuum of routes from east to west. Below is a map showing the approximate position of the nine groups in the Carse and a list of the areas they cover. Click on the area number to visit the specific satellite pages, or use the links in the table.

Each satellite area will eventually develop a series of routes with associated maps that will be obtainable from this website and provide you with guidance on where you can find interesting sites to visit and challenging walks. Check to see what routes we have already identified. The 'Maps' menu item provides a list of links to the maps we have already identified.
